Overnight Desk Clerk - Weekend - Greencroft Communities : Job Details

Great Lakes Christian Homes, a non-profit retirement community, has an opening for an Overnight Desk Clerk on our night/week-end team. Duties: • Answer multi-line telephone • Monitor emergency board and respond appropriately • Lock/unlock doors as scheduled • Assist residents with minor maintenance or contact on-call maintenance • Read, write, and communicate effectively in English with or without assistive devices • Ability to assist residents to safety Job Requirements/Qualifications: • High school graduate or equivalent • Must pass drug test (includes marijana) • Knowledge and use of multi-line phone system • Desire to work with the elderly • Ability to make good judgments about resident safety Schedule: • Friday - Sunday, Midnight to 8 a.m. • $1.00 shift premium for third shift • Part-Time Free meal provided each shift.
