Competitive Pay: $26 to $33 per hour plus a $4 Shift Differential!

Shift Details: Choose from a 4-day or 5-day on-site schedule, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and inquiries using state-of-the-art technology in a collaborative call center environment.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to deliver timely responses.
• Guide customers in navigating the Uline website and online ordering system.
• Become a product and solution expert! We provide the training you need to confidently address product, pricing, and shipping questions.

What We're Looking For:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is advantageous, but we offer comprehensive training to ensure you provide legendary service!
