Direct Support Professional (Overnight) - Winchester, NH Are you looking for meaningful weekend work where you can make a real difference? We're seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in a cozy, two-person staffed residence in Winchester, NH. You'll be supporting two wonderful women who bring joy and laughter to their home. They love crafts, puzzles, and celebrating every holiday with enthusiasm! If you enjoy a warm, engaging environment and meaningful connections, this could be the perfect fit. Schedule:Thursday: 5:00 PM - 9:00 AM (Friday) Friday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Saturday) Saturday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Sunday) This is an asleep/alert overnight position-staff may sleep during the night but must be available to assist if needed. Key Responsibilities: Evening and morning routines, including personal care Meal preparation and medication administration Providing a safe, supportive, and respectful environment Please Note: In accordance with the preferences and personal care needs of the individuals in this home, only female applicants will be considered.
