Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Job Summary: Join our dynamic sales team as an Outside Sales Representative, where you'll play a vital role in growing our residential and small business customer base. This position involves direct, door-to-door customer engagement to promote Empire Access's high-speed fiber services. You'll educate potential customers about the advantages of fiber optic internet and what sets Empire Access apart from the competition. Assigned a specific territory, you'll generate leads, build relationships, and drive new customer acquisition.Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers face-to-face, including door-to-door canvassing using a consultative sales approach.
• Distribute marketing materials such as door hangers to generate interest and leads.
• Represent Empire Access at community events, pop-up promotions and other marketing programs to increase brand awareness and grow our customer base.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of Empire Access and explain why/how we outperform our competition.
• Follow up with newly installed customers to ensure their satisfaction and solicit referrals.
• Be proactive in following up on all leads.
• Monitor competition in your area to identify risks, issues, and opportunities.

Education And Experience

• No prior sales experience required—just a strong desire to succeed and a positive attitude!
• Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills to consistently meet sales goals.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to gracefully handle rejection and counter objections in a consultative manner.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with required event participation.
• Neat personal appearance and professional demeanor.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods while meeting and talking to potential customers.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Working Conditions

• Frequent walking and standing during door-to-door outreach.
• Travel within your assigned sales territory is required.

Pay Range: Base salary, plus commission with an on target earnings of $90,000 with the potential to exceed $150,000 through uncapped commissions.Empire Access is an Equal Opportunity Employers
