North South Consulting Group is seeking an Outreach Specialist to support a veteran's transition program by driving awareness and engagement for transition services through strategic communications and stakeholder outreach. This role supports campaign development, stakeholder education, and distribution of informational materials. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop outreach materials including brochures, presentations, and multimedia content.
- Coordinate with DHA to plan and execute communication strategies.
- Track and report outreach activities and material distribution.
- Respond to requests for information.
- Support event planning and participation, including briefings and stakeholder meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in public outreach, communications, or marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience in programmatic outreach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and professional writing.
- U.S. Citizenship
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working with and representing the veteran community.
- Familiarity with behavioral health or healthcare communication.
- Knowledge of government contracting and program branding practices.
This role is contingent on contract award
