Outpatient Therapist - Shodair Children's Hospital : Job Details

Shodair Childrens Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Outpatient Therapist to join our dedicated outpatient clinic team. This licensed clinician will provide therapeutic services to children and families, facilitate assessments and treatment planning, and support clients in achieving their mental health goals. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, collaborative, and passionate about improving the lives of youth and their families. Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat mental health disorders in children and families. Provide individual, family, and group therapy, as well as crisis intervention when needed. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate discharge planning. Deliver psychoeducation to clients and caregivers. Create and implement behavior plans when appropriate.
