Job Type Full-timeDescription Outpatient Therapist I or II - *Sign On Bonus Eligible** (QHP) Conifer Park is looking for a Therapist, I or II to join our Outpatient Team in Liverpool (Syracuse), NY. As a Counselor/Therapist with Conifer Park you will function as part of an interdisciplinary team and provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment and diagnostic services to patients in an outpatient setting. Provide process oriented & didactic group counseling services and individual, family or crisis counseling to a caseload. Sign on bonus for Qualifying Health Professionals (QHP) Final amount dependent on Full Time Equivalent Status for selected shift.
