Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMSW-cc, LCPC, LCPC-c)$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments on any individual, couple, or family seeking behavioral health services.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients navigate a wide range of challenges from a generalist, strength-based perspective.
  • Maintain confidential client records and documentation following AMHC policies and procedures, licensing and regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with a team of behavioral health professionals to provide holistic care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Active state licensure (LCSW, LMSW-cc, LCPC, LCPC-c)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for helping others and commitment to behavioral health
