Outpatient Access Representative II - The University of Rochester : Job Details

The Outpatient Access Specialist will provide support to business lines in the Center for Nursing Entrepreneurship (CNE). This position requires an organized methodical approach for routine and non-routine duties, as well as the flexibility to prioritize duties and responsibilities based on meeting the variable operational of business lines such as Passport Health and the Center for Employee Wellness. The position has direct interaction with the public and requires strong customer service and communication skills. This position will work closely with the nursing and administrative staff in ensuring efficient and accurate management of patient/ client registration, consent forms, record of payment, and data entry and management.
