What You'll Do:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and other channels to schedule appointments and discuss advertising space options.
- Build strong relationships and close deals with just a few conversations-your voice is your superpower!
- Draft lease agreements and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Keep our database updated with the latest location and campaign details.
- Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace that reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Stay informed about pricing, rental details, and campaign statuses to provide top-tier service.
- Invest in your personal growth through ongoing learning and development opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
