Outbound Call Center Agent - Randstad : Job Details

We are currently hiring for our Healthcare client in TN! Position is 100% remote however candidates must reside/work in TN per client requirement. Equipment is provided. Hours: M-F, 8 AM-5 PM Pay Rate: $22.75/hr Contract to start Must have 2 years Healthcare/ Medical call center experience with inbound and outbound calls. Working with members and providers. Comfortable with medical terminology and data entry. Medicaid experience.
