• Facility Location: Van Nuys• Setting: Inpatient• Duties: Orders, post-operative management• Days per Month: 5 days/week• Required Procedures: None• EMR: Cerner• Support Staff: Secretary and peer NP

Requirements:

• Active California NP license (mandatory; submissions without license will not be accepted)• Current BLS certification• Provider must be local; only mileage reimbursement provided• Clean background highly preferred• Surgical NP experience preferred
