• M-F schedule with only 1-2 weeks per month coverage needed -- no call
• 60% office/clinic and 40% hospital work
• Patient mix: 95% adult, 5% trauma cases
• Combination of clinic and OR -- roughly 2 days of operating time
• Focus on joint procedures and general orthopedics
• Arthroscopy and total joint replacement expertise preferred
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
