Includes office and surgical practice.
Coordinating patient care, conducting orthopedic patient assessments, collaborating with physician on treatment plans, ordering diagnostic tests, providing orthopedic patient education. Assisting in surgery and participating in a limited amount of hospital call.
Requires a Georgia PA license, graduation from an accredited PA program, NCCPA certification.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-focused care are important.Preference for candidates who live locally.
