THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE As an Orthodontist at Busciglio Smiles, your day will be filled with opportunities to transform lives. You'll start your day by examining patients and diagnosing common orthodontic problems, utilizing x-rays, impressions, and other diagnostic tools to craft individualized treatment plans. You'll spend your time treating patients with braces, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances, ensuring their treatment progresses smoothly and efficiently. Throughout the day, you'll engage with patients and their families, discussing diagnoses, treatment options, and costs, always providing compassionate and personalized care. Detailed record-keeping and adherence to orthodontic guidelines and standards will be a crucial part of your routine, ensuring the highest quality of care! SCHEDULE Our full-time Orthodontist position offers a balanced schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with the potential for additional hours on Fridays. This schedule allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while dedicating your time to transforming smiles. QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

• Bachelor's degree and Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree
• Completion of residency with an accredited orthodontic program
• Active dental license in Florida
• Experience practicing orthodontics
• Ability to work calmly and confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide high-quality patient care with great attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
