We are eagerly searching for an Orthodontic Care Assistant to join our vibrant team. - Engage with your community by participating in local events such as school screenings and presentations to promote a positive image of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to every patient.
- Assist parents and patients in navigating our processes prior to treatment.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide post-operative instructions.
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatment.
- Take x-rays and ensure they are saved to patient charts.
- Capture quality orthodontic facial photos, maintaining operational readiness at all times.
- Prepare tray setups for dental procedures.
- Mix dental materials such as amalgam, cement, and impression materials.
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment.
- Keep treatment rooms and chairs clean and organized.
- Assist the dental staff during treatment procedures.
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and procedures accurately in patient charts.
- Pour, trim, and polish impression casts.
- Fabricate custom impression trays.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity by adhering to all company policies and compliance programs.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Orthodontic or Dental Assistant Certification (as per state requirements).
- Preferred at least 1 year of experience in Orthodontic Assisting.
- CPR/BLS Certification is required.
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
- A strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Must have a genuine love for working with children.
- Demonstrate compassion and a high level of service for patients, parents, and staff.

- Dependable and reliable with a strong commitment to showing up for scheduled shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to organize work efficiently and manage a variety of tasks while consistently meeting deadlines.
