Join Our Team as a Patient-Oriented Dental Salesperson!

Are you a patient-focused salesperson with a passion for helping people achieve beautiful smiles? We're looking for a dedicated individual to support dental patients in the New York City area, guiding them through their Invisalign journey.

In this field-based role, you'll be instrumental in connecting patients with the benefits of Invisalign. Your day could start as early as 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM, and you'll be traveling to various dental practices within your assigned region.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Selling Invisalign treatments by effectively communicating their benefits to patients.
  • Discussing treatment plans in detail, ensuring patients understand their journey to a new smile.
  • Utilizing an iTero Scanner to conduct patient scans (don't worry, we'll provide comprehensive training!).
  • Providing chair-side clinical support to patients as needed, ensuring their comfort and understanding.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone with a strong background in dental or orthodontic settings, specifically:

  • 2+ years of experience selling Invisalign treatment plans in an orthodontic or dental practice.
  • 5-6 years of experience as a dental assistant or orthodontic assistant with expanded functions.
  • Reliable transportation is essential for this field-based role.

While not required, the following qualifications are a plus:

  • Certified Orthodontic Assistant
  • Experience bonding attachments
  • X-ray certified

Locations

This position supports patients in the following areas:

  • New York: Queens, Brooklyn, and Westchester County.
  • New Jersey: Essex County and Middlesex County.
  • Washington D.C. Metro Area: Montgomery County, MD; Arlington County, VA; and Fairfax County, VA.

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $30.00 - $34.00, depending on the region, plus commissions. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
