Organizational Development & Communications - U.S. Bancorp : Job Details

This role will develop, lead and support strategic initiatives within the Business Insights and Performance team, focusing on employee engagement, communications, talent development and other administrative oversight areas of focus. The position plays a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating projects that enhance internal culture, communication effectiveness, and team skill development. Additionally, this role will act as the representative for the Business Support leader in their absence. The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule at one of the posted hubs, which means theres an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. Basic Qualifications- Master's degree, or equivalent work experience- 10 or more years of experience in project management activities- Two or more years of managerial experience.
