Order Selector - Champlain, New York - Westaff : Job Details

Westaff is looking for a 1st Shift Order Selector in the Champlain, NY area for Immediate Start! Monday to Friday Pay: $17.00 Responsibilities:

• Picks Customer orders daily, and follows Lot choices set forth by Customer Service on Picklist.
• Recognizes Lot specific problems on Picklist, and brings those issues to Manager or Lead for rectification.
• Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
• Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
• Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Pallet Wrapper, Hand Jacks, Pallet Jacks, Hand Carts, etc.).
• Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
• Prepares and maintains records of goods shipped, including documentation.
• Determines packaging requirements are met for all outgoing shipments.
• Pack and ship completed orders to the customers using all markings and labeling needed for shipment.
