Order Processor - Operations - Golden Waffles : Job Details

Over 80 distribution centers are located across the United States along with a waffle iron manufacturing and refurbishment center in South Bend, Indiana to ensure prompt distribution to all customers. *Job Summary*The Order Processor – Operations/Logistics is responsible for the day-to-day responsibilities of pulling customers orders, tracking orders, and coordination of outgoing shipments to warehouse/depots, etc.*Essential Duties and Responsibilities ** Pull Sales Rep web orders twice daily (morning and afternoon)* Provide a wide array of customer service such as tracking orders, dock appointments, releasing backorders, honor ship dates or other requests.* Quote, setup and document outbound/inbound less than truckload (LTL) and truckload (TL) shipments alongside the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor* Track truckload and less than truckload orders.* Maintain reports of issues related to shipments or delivery (schedules, delivery, late pick-up and accessorial services)* Communicate with customers and Route Sales Representatives regarding orders.* Enter daily receiving's into internal accounting software system (Great Plains)* Organize and complete the daily open order and DRT completion reports.* Work directly with the shipper on outgoing orders.* Coordinate outgoing shipments to warehouse/depot as well as Route Sales Representative orders.* Other duties as assigned. *Position Requirements** Generalized knowledge of shipping and receiving in a warehouse setting* Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge* Microsoft CRM & Great Plains experience preferred* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
