Job Description :

Our client, who is a global provider of professional information, software solutions, and services, is currently seeking an onsite Fulfillment Associate in Wilmington DE.

Must have legal documents and good customer service skills.

Location: Wilmington DE

Remote/Onsite: 100% Onsite

Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $23.33 Per hour

Duration: 3 Months

Associate Fulfillment Specialist

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will impact the lives of millions of people and help shape society for the future. Working in unison with our service teams, you will assist clients in remaining legally compliant. Basic Responsibilities

The Fulfillment Associate has primary responsibility for providing superior service by:

  • Fulfilling orders for internal and external customers
  • Researching and analyzing legal documents
  • Submitting legal documents to the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations
  • Retrieving legal documents from the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations
  • Researching entity status
  • Resolving or escalating issues as necessary
  • Following requests through to completion and ensuring accuracy
  • Communicating progress to customers and internal teams
  • Navigating quickly between multiple processing systems and databases
  • Working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Contributing to customer satisfaction and organizational success
  • Participating in process improvement programs, best practices, and special projects as assigned

Education

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts (e.g., Business, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline)
  • OR, if no degree: 4 years of customer service experience

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 4 years of customer service experience, including:
    • Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe; ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
