    • As a Fulfillment Associate in Document Management and Processing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that legal documents received by our offices are processed accurately and efficiently.
    • Your responsibilities will include confirming receipt of these documents by our clients, which is vital due to their time-sensitive nature.
    • This position requires attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting smooth operations and meeting customer service standards as part of our registered agent services.

    Responsibilities
    • Identify legal Service of Process documents based on statutes and industry standards.
    • Process all Service of Process (SOP) documents using our proprietary system, provide delivery instructions to receiving offices, and forward scanned copies to clients.
    • Communicate with internal receiving offices and third-party vendors regarding documents.
    • Ensure delivery and confirmation of all SOP documents to end-user clients via email, phone, and tracking.
    • Respond to client inquiries regarding SOP and account tools related to legal documents; update client accounts as needed.
    • Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming mail, scanning governmental agency correspondence.
    • Log client correspondence into the management system, generate correspondence receipts, and forward them to clients.
    Education Qualification
    • High School diploma or equivalent; some college education is highly preferred.
    Required Skills
    • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Analytical critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to carefully read and interpret state and legal documents.
    • Self-directed and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
    • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, assisting coworkers by sharing information and knowledge.
    • Ability to manage a large workflow in a time-sensitive environment.
    • Creative in identifying ways to increase efficiency and simplify processes.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
    • Experience with MS Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word.
