Order Processing Specialist (International) - KONG Company, LLC : Job Details

Maintains meticulous record keeping throughout the entire process from order receipt to invoicing for all international customer orders. - Collaborates with KONG sales and marketing teams for the shipment of brand materials worldwide. - Point of contact for international freight forwarders and coordinating the swift movement of export shipments. - Will work with various government entities. - Oversee shipments to worldwide KONG locations including United Kingdom, Germany and Australia. - Maintains working knowledge of requirements and documentation related to shipping consumable products worldwide. - Execute international requirements for new KONG markets. - Communicate across departments to complete orders and resolve customer service discrepancies. - Responsible for order entry, EDI, and invoicing for specialized accounts. - Maintain spreadsheets and reports to track order status and shortages. - Responsible for notifying customers of inventory status. - Ensure customer pricing is co...Processing Specialist, International, Processing, Specialist, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Management
