Order Processing Representative - TEKsystems : Job Details

Seeking a dedicated Order Processing Representative to provide exceptional sales support to our customers and sales reps. This role involves expediting, quoting, order taking, restocking, and troubleshooting problems. Unlike typical customer service roles, this position requires handling custom orders and addressing client-specific questions by collaborating with other departments such as engineering and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support to customers and sales reps, including expediting, quoting, order taking, restocking, and troubleshooting problems.
• Handle custom orders and address client-specific questions by reaching out to other departments such as engineering and warehouse.
• Start as an Order Processing Representative, focusing on data entry while learning the system and product lines.
• Work with Outlook, Excel, and SAP to manage orders and customer inquiries.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or order entry.
• Ability to type 45 words per minute.
• High School Diploma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.53 - $22.53/hr.
