Order Picker - Imperial : Job Details

Imperial is in search of a self-directed Order Puller to correctly pull inventory from shelves and stage for production at our Bonne Terre facility. We need someone to help us maintain the highest standards in our screen printing processes. This role requires a detail-oriented and motivated individual who will assist in various aspects of the screen printing process, including running the press, pulling printed shirts, and stacking the finished product. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions accurately, and ensure good quality.

• Salary: Up to $14.25/hour - Depending on Experience
• Schedule: 6:30 - 3:00 M-F, (Day Shift)
• Location: Bonne Terre

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick orders from the proper locations based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements
• Ability to operate RF scanner ensuring that all orders are pulled and issued with 100% accuracy
• Stage orders correctly for production
• Operate handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed
• Plan and monitors product storage and staging areas
• Ensure warehouse goals are met
• Maintain a high level of health and safety standards
• Shrink wrap products to pallets
• Load and unload delivery vehicles
• Pack warehouse orders as necessary
• Operate scanners to ensure inventory is managed accurately
• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed
• Work production when warehouse work is not available
