Job Title: Order Picker
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Order Picker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in order selecting, handling construction materials, and using warehouse equipment. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and proficiency with inventory management systems.
Responsibilities
Select orders based on client needs.
Move inventory from racks to trucks and back using a ride-along pallet jack.
Handle construction materials, which can be heavy.
Track inventory using SAP.
Ensure accurate and timely order picking, packing, and shipping.
Assist with receiving and storing incoming inventory.
Essential Skills
1 year of order selecting experience.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
1 year of experience with electric pallet jacks.
6 months of computer inventory experience similar to SAP.
Prior receiving experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
Experience with ERP or SAP systems is a plus.

Work Environment
This role is based in a true warehouse environment where you will pick and pack orders according to customer specifications. The warehouse is clean and organized, with forklift operators moving around, so experience in such an environment is crucial. The working hours are from 1pm to 9:30pm, Monday to Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Enfield, Connecticut.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
