Under minimal direction you will manage a team of professionals focused on Customer Satisfaction and service level goals using Oracle, Business Reports, Dashboards and effective communication, coordination, and execution of plans and schedules. We look forward to seeing your application!AS AN ORDER FULFILLMENT MANAGER, YOU WILL:

• Be responsible for daily order processing through supply chain, production and shipment coordination
• Use Oracle to manage system workflows, production scheduling and inventory
• Develop and maintain business reports and dashboards for KPIs and support decision making
• Lead, train and empower a team of order fulfillment associates and foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field
• 5 years of proven experience in Order Fulfillment
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Strong ERP system knowledge
• Proficiency in business reporting tools (e.g. Oracle BI, Power BI, Excel)
• Proven track record of building trust and leading effective teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Oracle
• APICs CPIM certification
• Familiarity with international shipping and customs

The salary range for this role is $85,500-110,100 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.This position will be open for a minimum of 7 days from the day of posting.
