The University Campus Store is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Associate. This part-time position is responsible for ensuring that online customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role involves picking and packing items accurately and efficiently, and coordinating shipments to meet customer expectations. Some customer interaction is necessary for pick-up in-store orders and answering customer questions via phone.
