Job Description:Pay Range: $24.66hr - $29.66hrResponsibilities:
- Customer Focus: Review customer contracts to ensure compliance with desired terms and conditions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on contract performance.
- Coordination & Communication: Facilitate the flow of information among various groups and customers, resolving issues to meet schedule commitments and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Representation: Act as the group s representative in internal meetings, ensuring that all interactions reflect Client s commitment to excellence.
- Best Practices: Ensure orders follow execution best practices and company policies. Monitor and control order progress, financials, and resource utilization.
- Risk Management: Identify, qualify, and manage order risks, ensuring all opportunities are pursued.
- Continuous Improvement: Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned throughout the order lifecycle. Drive formal acceptance of orders and contract close-out.
- Financial Oversight: Ensure timely payment and resolve any collection disputes.
- Education: Bachelor s degree with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, project management, or commercial operations.
- Alternatively, an Associate s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience: Prior industrial or technical experience is preferred.
