Order Entry Specialist - Wisconsin Staffing : Job Details

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and excellent customer service.

• Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Present and promote products/services to potential clients, addressing objections and closing sales.
• Manage and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
• Provide feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.

• Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• High level of motivation and goal orientation.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a hybrid position in Waukesha, WI.
