What You'll Do:
- Accurately process and enter sales orders into internal systems.
- Track orders and provide updates on changes or status to ensure smooth communication.
- Manage account information, including researching credit issues, maintaining tax certificates, and updating details as needed.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to track order activity, sales, and other key information.
- Ensure accuracy by reviewing, verifying, and correcting data.
- Assist with device activations and connectivity tracking.
- Support the team with occasional administrative tasks and special projects involving data entry and reporting.
- Uphold data integrity and follow established policies for accuracy and security.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in data entry, order entry, or order processing is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word; CRM/ERP experience preferred.
- Comfort working 100% onsite in Eden Prairie, MN.
