Our client, a leading manufacturer of wet and dry chemical products, is seeking a skilled Order Entry Specialist to join their growing team. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential, stability, and room for advancement. Order Entry Specialist - Milwaukee, WI ? Location: Milwaukee, WI Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ? Pay: $17.50 - $20.00/hour (based on experience) ? Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process and enter 20+ daily customer orders into the company's SAP ERP system.
• Utilize SPS Commerce to manage EDI orders and ensure seamless order flow.
• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Verify order details, resolve discrepancies, and provide updates on order status, inventory, shipping, and billing.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
• Support front-desk receptionist duties, including processing invoicing paperwork as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer transactions and communications.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of order entry, customer service, or administrative experience.
• Proficiency in SAP Systems and SPS Commerce is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Prior in-office customer service experience.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
