Order Entry Representative - Staffmark : Job Details

Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $24 per hour Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and emails, and make outbound calls as appropriate
• Process customer order by following order-processing procedure
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timeliness of orders
• Performs inquiries such as: inventory availability and lead-time, freight charges, shipment tracking numbers, production cycles by component, etc.
• Works closely with other team members keeping them abreast of any current or potential issue(s).
• Pays attention to accuracy, communication, timeliness, and responsiveness.

Qualifications:

• Must have two years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, order entry, ERP systems, and high-volume data entry.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy, data integrity, and communication skills.
• Able to follow established processes and procedures.
