Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM or 8:30AM to 5:00PM

Pay Rate: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Ability to transition to a hybrid work schedule later in role
• Pay increase potential once hired
• Strong benefits offered

• Enters customer orders via various order management systems
• Handles basic outbound and inbound calls related order management
• Performs job duties by relying on established policies and procedures
• Assist with other office-based tasks as needed

• Excellent computer skills with a specific emphasis on order management systems, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED completion is required
