Order Entry Clerk
We are looking for an Order Entry Clerk to join our team in Chesterfield, Michigan. After completing training, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule, providing flexibility while fostering attention to detail and development.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and manage data into company systems to ensure smooth order processing.
- Provide responsive customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving order-related issues.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create, update, and maintain records and documentation.
- Handle numeric data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and solve challenges related to order entry and processing.
- Review and verify the accuracy of orders and associated data before submission.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files for quick and efficient access.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all order management tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong numeric data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
