Morgan Lewis, a leading international law firm, seeks a junior or midlevel associate with 2-5 years of law firm experience to join our labor and employment practice in Orange County. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, writing skills, and experience in employment law and litigation, including representing employers in single-plaintiff litigation, PAGA actions, and class actions. Active California Bar membership is required.

Salary range in California: $225,000 to $435,000. Final salary will be determined during the interview process based on experience, expertise, and market factors. The total compensation may include benefits such as medical, financial, and paid time off.
