NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health (formerly Coney Island Hospital) , In partnership with NYC Health + Hospitals/Coney Island our teams accommodate more than 250,000 outpatient visits, more than 89,000 emergency room visits, and with 371 beds, more than 15,000 inpatient admissions annually. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with SUNY Downstate Medical Center and NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine in order to maintain its high standards of healthcare delivery.

We are currently recruiting for a part time (21 hours) Oral Maxillofacial surgeon for our department at South Brooklyn Health.

  • Direct patient care, both outpatient clinics and dedicated OR time
  • Teaching and supervising general dental medicine and oral surgery residents
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • Current BLS, ACLS,PALS certification
  • Current DEA
  • NYS license
  • Board certification in Oral Surgery
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required prior to hire
