Opportunity Details:
Planning, implementing and coordinating the oral and maxillofacial surgery residency curriculum, resident selection, supervision, and performance evaluation in compliance with CODA.
Supervision of residents and dental students in the outpatient and inpatient clinical areas.
Under general directions, performs all required dental/surgical services within his/her field of specialty.
Provide direct patient care.
Ongoing participation in the departmental Quality Assurance Program.
Assist in the maintenance of standards of performance of physicians and other professional employees working in the service.
Assume emergency on-call responsibilities.
Wages and Benefits include:
Annual Base Salary: $335,000* based on 40-hour work week.
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $368,500**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:
