Infosys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle XStore POS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle's retail suite, particularly Oracle XStore. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in Oracle technologies, Core Java, SQL, and XML, combined with a strong functional understanding of POS Systems and retail operations to provide support and implementation for diverse client needs. Responsibilities include conducting functional testing, troubleshooting issues, providing resolutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with Oracle releases to improve system performance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 4+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness to relocate or commute within Richardson, TX or City of Industry, CA; travel within the US may be required.
• Authorization to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa.
• 4+ years of experience with Oracle Retail Suite (XStore, XStore Office, ORPOS, Xcenter), ReSA, and payment modules.
• Knowledge of Oracle Retail cloud infrastructure and integration with hardware (printers, pinpads).
• Proficiency in Oracle XStore configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Understanding of retail business processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Oracle Retail Cloud Infrastructure and XStore Office Cloud Service is a plus.
• Experience with Java, SQL, XML, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and basics of Spring.
• Oracle Retail or Java certifications are a plus.
• Experience in producing technical process flows and documentation.
• Experience with SVN, GIT.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience working in a global delivery environment.

The role may require sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively via telephone, email, and face-to-face.
