Infosys is seeking an Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (Oracle RPAS) / Advanced Inventory Planning (Oracle AIP) Lead Consultant with experience in implementation and application support. The primary responsibilities include development, configuration, and deployment of solutions, managing project processes and deliverables, contributing to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building, as well as defining project scope.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; equivalent experience in the specialty may be considered.
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Willingness to relocate or commute to Richardson, TX / Raleigh, NC / Indianapolis, IN / Phoenix, AZ / Hartford, CT, with potential travel.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with Oracle RPAS and/or AIP.
• Strong understanding of MFP, IP, RDF, RO, Supply and Demand Planning.
• Experience in Retail Planning, Forecasting, and Supply Chain Management.
• Ability to build client relationships and communicate effectively.
• Authorized to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship available.

• Experience with implementation and support of Oracle RPAS and/or AIP.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and risk-aware.
• Strong communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Leadership qualities to mentor and lead teams, with experience managing 5+ team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The role may require extended periods of sitting and working at a computer, with effective communication via phone, email, and face-to-face.
