Job Description

As a Oracle Health Senior Consultant, you will consult with Customers and clinical stakeholders to deliver consulting services that will impact clinical performance, satisfaction, and clinical and business outcomes. You will consult with customers on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts, while also providing solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders. In this role, you will also drive customer-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to customers, mitigate solution risk and issues, and execute workflow and process improvement strategies. As a consultant, you will lead customer meetings and events and drive internal team initiatives. We are happy you are considering joining our team and making your impact on health and care!

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Care or Business or related field or relevant equivalent work experience

  • At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

  • At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experienceAt least 3 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in consulting and/or Nursing experience

  • Demonstrates the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet adapting deadlines

  • Attention to detail

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and customer assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

  • Ability to work additional and irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

  • Ability to travel 80-100%

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
