You are: An experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Extracts Developer.

The work: As an Oracle HCM Cloud Extracts Developer, your role will encompass supporting the Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Functional and Testing workstream, including:

• Testing inbound and outbound Talent & Labor (T&L) data integrations.
• Reviewing data integration design documents.
• Conducting training sessions with client business teams to showcase Oracle HCM configuration, delivered processes, and testing best practices.
• Supporting system configuration efforts.
• Assisting with SIT Test Planning and Execution, including identifying and remediating defects.
• Providing expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days per week in your local office. The primary hiring location is Scottsdale, AZ, but qualified applicants from Atlanta, GA may also be considered.

Here's what you need:

• A minimum of two years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Extracts and Integrations.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If you have an Associate Degree, you must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.

Compensation at Accenture varies based on many factors, including location, role, skill set, and experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable compensation range for positions in specific regions, such as:

• California: $54,900 to $150,400
• Colorado: $54,900 to $129,900
• District of Columbia: $58,400 to $138,300
• Illinois: $50,800 to $129,900
• Maryland: $50,800 to $120,300
• New York/New Jersey: $50,800 to $150,400
• Washington: $58,400 to $138,300
