Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Technical/Functional Skills :

• Worked in Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits module. Expert in handling online configurations of Benefits. Sound knowledge of Oracle Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts. Experience with COBRA, TW feeds in BFSI organizations is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience in implementation, configuration, interaction, and maintenance of Benefits module.
• Expertise in designing solutions, configuring application components, and developing reports in Benefits module.
• Hands-on experience in all phases of end-to-end implementations, support, enhancements, and upgrades—impact analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support.
• Experience in the technology implementation lifecycle.
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external partners in a matrix organization, building credible stakeholder relationships.
• Communicating progress, challenges, and accomplishments to leadership and stakeholders.
• Leading operational analysis to identify errors, training needs, efficiency trends, and customer satisfaction issues; implementing improvements.
• Managing development of user procedures, training clients on new processes, and documenting systems functionality.
