Oracle Fusion ERP Specialists – Finance & HCM

Location: Fort Washington, PA (Onsite 3 days/week)

We are hiring for two Oracle Fusion ERP Specialist roles to support and enhance our Oracle Cloud environment. These roles focus on either Finance or HCM modules and require hands-on expertise in configuration, issue resolution, and system optimization.

Available Roles:

1. Oracle Fusion ERP – Finance

Focus: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Projects, and Inventory

• Configure and support Oracle Financials modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues
• Support financial reporting and data migration efforts
• Customize reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and OAC

2. Oracle Fusion ERP – HCM

Focus: Core HR, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, Benefits, Payroll

• Configure and support HCM modules
• Partner with HR and IT to align system with business needs
• Maintain compliance and optimize HCM workflows
• Support integrations and reporting across HR functions

Shared Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions
• Manage integrations via OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
• Assist with upgrades, testing, and user support
• Collaborate across teams and mentor junior staff

Qualifications:

• 10+ years Oracle ERP experience, including 5+ in Oracle Fusion
• Deep knowledge of either Finance or HCM modules (see role focus above)
• Experience with data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi), SQL, and cloud-based ERP
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Bachelor's in Finance, HR, IT, or related field
• Oracle certifications a plus
