About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

• Minimum 6 years of proven demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or Business Consultant on Oracle.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline is required
• Master's degree in information technology or other business-related discipline is an asset
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP - Fusion experience in AR and Tax modules preferable
• Cloud certifications in Cloud applications
• Proficient with OTBI and other reporting tools to aid ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint is an asset
• Strong project management skills, including a good understanding of project phases and lifecycles
• Business-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently with little guidance
• Must be able to multitask and pay close attention to detail

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and optimizing our Oracle Finance modules, specifically focusing on AR and Tax functionalities. As a key member of our team, you'll combine your technical expertise with strong analytical skills to deliver innovative solutions that drive our financial operations forward.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of Oracle Fusion experience, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills. You'll have the opportunity to shape our Oracle Cloud ERP environment while working with cutting-edge technology and contributing to process optimization initiatives.

• Proactively monitor and support the Oracle Cloud ERP environment, specifically Oracle Finance modules or AR and Tax
• Troubleshoot and collaborate to resolve complex functional and technical issues
• Participate in functional validation, setup, test and implementation for ongoing Oracle Fusion production support
• Elicit, analyze, and manage requirements
• Maintain project documentation, process maps, functional design documents and training materials
• Triage and manage issues, defects, and enhancements from implementation through to quarterly releases
• Support stakeholders on bug fixes and enhancements, from documentation to execution of project requirements
• Coordinate and contribute to all phases of testing, including the development of test plans and test scripts
• Optimize processes and solutions, implementing best practices
• Perform impact analysis and assessments
• Contribute to and support new technology projects that integrate and align with Fusion ERP
• Elicit, design, implement and support reports and reporting requirements
• Proactively learn about upcoming releases and assess based on Citco strategies and direction
• Understand day-to-day operations and work with other HR functional areas to correct discrepancies
• Support key Finance users and overall user training.
