Title: Oracle Functional Analyst

Location: Onsite in NE Minneapolis, MN 5 days/week

Type: Full Time/Direct Hire

Salary: starting at $120,000 plus bonus

We are hiring 3 Oracle Functional Analysts to join our team! We are looking for someone who have extensive Oracle experience in either Finance, Incentive Compensation, or Procurement and Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across teams to gather requirements, drive prioritization, and influence outcomes
• Support both On-Premise and Oracle Cloud Fusion environments
• Write SQL queries to support analysis and testing (a plus, not required)
• Partner with Finance and Incentive teams to ensure system integrity and business alignment
• Be comfortable covering responsibilities across both functions when needed (e.g., during PTO or absences)
• Support Oracle Cloud implementations, especially related to acquisitions
• Participate in minimal travel (5–10%) as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of relevant experience in finance/incentive systems or enterprise applications
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle On-Premise systems
• Strong functional knowledge with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience writing SQL queries for data analysis or troubleshooting
• Proven track record of working in a hybrid On-Prem/Cloud environment
• Background in Manufacturing or Distribution industries is a plus
