I. Job Summary
The Finance Tech Application Support Manager oversees a team responsible for the day-to-day support, planning for releases and upgrades, and managing projects/enhancements for assigned Finance system(s)/module(s) (e.g., ERP Oracle Cloud, Blackline, OneStream). Provides strategic and tactical consultation on design options supporting processes/transactions. Coordinates with Functional Owners, Release Management, and OCM to align resources and scope to milestones. An engaging and hands-on leader with system expertise and experience.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage application support and enhancement projects with the Finance Technology team, Finance Process Owners, and stakeholders.Coordinate the design, build, test, and deployment phases of applications according to governance standards.Lead change control activities, including planning releases, upgrades, patches, and configurations across ERP Oracle Cloud modules and other applications such as Lease Accelerator, OneStream, Hyperion, Blackline, Concur, Coupa, Kyriba, and OneSource.Lead meetings and resolve priority issues with functional leaders and stakeholders, communicating change impacts effectively.Provide consultative support on configuration and system functionality to optimize processes and address business issues.Mentor team members, promote continuous learning, and build effective working relationships.Provide weekly status reports, risk & issue logs, and application updates, escalating issues as necessary.Drive the team to meet project deliverables, emphasizing standardization and process simplification.Support queries, reports, and integrations, including database queries using SQL and PL/SQL.Evaluate requirements and specifications for development, testing, and deployment.Develop BI and OTBI reports and support performance tuning.Manage engagement with external vendors and support escalation processes.Configure applications according to design requirements, supporting releases, patches, upgrades, and enhancements.Collaborate with HCM support teams for ERP Oracle Cloud releases.III. Supervisory Responsibilities
Manage at least one direct report and provide leadership within the Finance Tech team.
IV. Qualifications
The requirements below are necessary to perform the job.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience; 10+ years in Finance Technology support, including vendor management.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None required.Other Skills and Abilities: Strong operational, financial, and technical knowledge; impact-oriented mindset; proactive and innovative thinking; excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to resolve disputes independently; problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; data-driven decision-making; credibility and leadership potential.V.
