Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Oracle Database Developer

Position : Oracle Developer / Modeler

Position Type : W2-Contract

Hybrid : 3 Days onsite and 2 days remote

Main Skills : Oracle Development, Data Modeling, Database Designing and Informatica

Job Description :

• Experience with as Oracle developer for database work
• 7+ years of experience
• Manage system independently
• Responsible for setting up to review code for error handling or issues
• Wants them to have Oracle Dev experience with emphasis on data modeling
• No DBA
• Experience working with large databases
• Extensive knowledge in data modeling + data designing - need to have at least 5 years of experience because they are doing a lot of reconstruction of database so really need this
• Run databases and create + manage to run multiple systems
• Need to make changes on both DBA
• lots of tables
• Strong communication with product owners and others

Preferred Skills :

• ETL knowledge (preferably Informatica)
• Large Corp Experience – Pref Financial Services but not Req
• Set up new architecture using microservices
• Plus is they have Linux

Position Summary :

• Role is primarily focused on Database development, programming, and design vs administration
• Design and execute complex transactional business data models
• Build databases of high availability and quality
• Updating and amending existing databases
• Design and implement database in accordance to end users information needs and views
• Manage database design and parameters to provide fast query responses
• Provide proactive data management support and training to users
• Creating complex queries for support of data extraction and use
• Providing views and other structures to improve user query performance
