**Title:** Oracle Developer

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate or higher preferred

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle application development and database management
• Prior experience supporting Oracle Federal Financials or GBIS environments preferred

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Oracle-based systems into reporting layers
• Support Power BI and Business Objects teams by optimizing Oracle queries for data lake ingestion
• Participate in cross-functional efforts to align Oracle back-end structure with evolving semantic models
• Troubleshoot and refine PL/SQL packages that feed reporting pipelines
• Coordinate with Azure Synapse team for integration validation and performance optimization
