Job Title: Oracle Database Director - Oracle Database

Duration: Direct Hire

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in database engineering, delivery, and support.
• Strong ability to collaborate across teams to foster partnerships that drive organizational goals, with a passion for cultivating an innovative culture.
• Proven capability to lead a cloud database technology team, providing transparency and insights that are valuable to business teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle technologies deployed in both private and public cloud environments.
• Dedicated to building a strong team that supports the organization's modernization objectives.
• Solid understanding of automation and orchestration tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab.
• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management and the Agile methodology.
